[Aspenwood] Gatekeepers wondering around?

I'm not sure if this is a bug, but I saw this a few times now. Gatekeeper just wonders off trying to heal guards at inner gates. When he is done with that, he just stands there refusing to go back to his spot by Gunther or accept amber.

Also I've found that gatekeepers/Gunther would refuse to take amber even if they not directly involved into fight. It seems like if turtle attacks npc's at green gate Gunther/gatekeepers getting hit by AoE and go into combat mode, making it impossible to deliver amber.
