Anti-elite capping code?

Ok so we've all heard of the anti farming code....
But what about elite capping? In the last couple of days i've been to Perdition Rock to capture Echo, Glyph of Renewal and Healing Hands from the area to the left.
I go as R/Me
Glyph of Renewal and/or Healing Hands spawn for about 15 trips in a row
I go as R/E
Echo and and/or Healing Hands spawn for about 15 trips in a row
Go as R/Mo
Glyph of Renewal and Echo spawn 15 trips in a row
Its the exact same story with Ring of Fire so i can cap the elites from the Breeze Keepers (sadly going further in takes ages and henchman AI vs Meteor Shower is beyond shit), took me about 10 trips each to get Migraine and Ether Prodigy, still trying on Shield of Deflection.
Do Anet seem to have something against elite capping...? ever since a patch a while ago i'm almost certain bosses haven't spawned quite much as before. Seems i'm travelling around and finding empty spawn points all the damn time.

Tyria has always been that way. I don't know who thought of that idea, but whoever did is either sadistic or an idiot.
Fortunately, this is one area in which Arenanet learned their lesson for Factions - all the Factions elites have at least one location that's 100% consistent.

Speaking of consistancy, does anyone need to capture Migraine? The boss has appeared the last 7 trips in the exact same spot, think i'm heading for a record for how long it takes me to get there.

I wouldn't take it personal ... Perdition Rock has always spawned what you do not want it too... It has been about 4 months since I went to capture Echo and I think I had to make close to 10 zone attempts before he spawned on the other side of the Either Seal... I think I am leaning w/ the sadistic over idiot. Healing hands really should not be that hard because he spawns before / to the right of the Seal, I just take a run spell to make sure he spawned then I die and when we res only 15 DP you can run up and kill everything. Just an Idea for you to try.

well personally when i capped charge all i did was zone into the rock look at the right and see if the boss was there i did this for a bunch of elite skill just zone if it is not there. seems to me it would be hard to say well this is were he is compared to factions were the same boss is always there. with the exception of like 2 missions that is.

It just seems to be the luck of the draw. Only a few elites were really ever problematic for me, and most of them were at certain specific spawns.

I've never actually had any problem capping elites in Perdition Rock..in fact, they've all been pretty convenient to acquire.

The only bosses I've had trouble finding on Perdition Rock are the Coldstones. I've cleared the entire Island more than once tying to track down both Maxine and Harn.
Now, getting the boss you want to spawn near that ether seal is a real crap-shoot. I stopped trying, too annoying when the wanted boss doesn't show up there. What I do is after the 2nd or 3rd try I'll say "heck with it" and go hunting!

When I tried to cap Maxine's skill, I had Ham spawn about 7 times in a row.

Abaddon's Mouth has gotta be up there as one of the worst capping spots. After spending 10 minutes alone killing Willa with henchies, it's always a nice suprise finding out that the boss you're looking for isn't even there. Nor is he there the next time, or the next.....or the one after that...

Maxine was a total bitch to cap (took about 12 times...finally used a different character to cap a different skill and found her, changed back to the ranger and try 13 she was there!) AAaRRGHH. I thought I was the only person who noticed this 'affect'.
though the worst boss to kill off was coventina, dang monk bosses and me with all healing skills..............
