It says it has a 10% chance to halve casting time of spells, as well as another 10% chance to halve the recharge time. I know there's a type of skill called "spells" too.

My question is does it affect Binding Rituals and such, or just the actual spell-categorized skills such as Doom and Draw Spirit? If only spell-categorized ones it's not that great for me I think. >.<

It will only affect those skills labeled as Spells and none other, unless there is a bug that treats Binding Rituals as Spells.

yeah I wish there was something that made binding rituals recharge faster, thats kind of what most rits builds use.

Those both count as spells, and their cast/recharged is affected by items.

Yet it seems certain interupt skills that only work on "spells" cannot interrupt binding rituals. Haven't fully confirmed. bit of a grey area

Ritual Lord.

Also, Binding Rituals are Rituals. They do not count as Spells.
