Now with inherit +5 Energy damage mods possible in weapon drops ... I've a question.

Where does this damage mod 'rank' in value, in relation to damage mods such as 15>50, 15% while ench, etc.?

Also, please specify if you believe it differs between Axe/Sword, Daggers, and Bows. I appreciate your input.
