this is gonna be an expensive one, his location isnt even listed on wiki, well the area is, thats it, after alot of searching i found him, working on a solo farming build, its greatly unrealistic to imposible to solo farm this one, but ima gonna try anyway :P will post here WHEN (not if lol ) i get this shield :]
