Well, the reqs are mixed, so don't expect too much. I don't play a monk, so I don't know if there're any builds that this would be good for. Boon prot maybe?

It's kinda hard to price, since you need to find the right buyer for this. I'm gonna say 20k'ish for now...until someone proves me wrong...
