It's tough to solo Sorrow's Furnance bosses, because they have Priests of Sorrows for backup. I have a build that I think with some practice can probably SURVIVE Grenth's Footprint, but all it has for damage is Stone Daggers and Aftershock, and I think that's far from enough to take down the local bosses.
Soloing the scarab queen as an elementalist would be hard too, because if you so much as one time forget to run away when something dies near you, you'll get your enchantments stripped by a Well of the Profane and die horribly a few seconds later.
I don't know about Canthan greens. I imagine you could solo for some sub-maximum greens, if that for some reason excites you.

The scarab queen is doable solo BUT the time it takes just to get to her makes it not worth while. If you are up to the challenge use enervating charge + stoning. like i said though it's not worth it for a 2-3k drop.
