okay so I've looked over the thread about this, and the support page, and nothing seems to be helping. I only got factions last week, it's been running perfectly, then today I try to log in - can't. I try again, and manage to get in, only to fail again two screens later. Can't login at all now.

Any ideas?

edit: just to clarify: I can get to character selection, but not into the game.
