That 15^50 gothic is definately worth more than 5k... you can craft a 15^50 sword from droks and kaineng center for about 6.5k total cost, and those are just basic swords. If I had the spare cash to offer you, I'ld give you 40k for the gothic, and still probably be accused of giving you a lowball offer.

Everything else there I would either salvage or sell off to the merchants (or give to a lower level guildmate) A non-max item will probably not sell for much at all, unless it fills a niche need. Those are non-max staves, and as such are only useful to low level players. And nobody wants to be hexed while fighting ... get steel outta that flamberge if you can, and consider yourself lucky if you do.
