Yes. Get your Tyrian to Senji's Corner (where you appear after the second mission in the storyline for your Tyrian). Talk to Senji, pay him 500 gold for Assassin and 500 gold for Ritualist.

In Factions, you don't quest for secondaries--you buy them. Meaning, if you haven't unlocked a profession in Tyria yet, you can simply buy it too in Senji's Corner.
