Slashing Dmg. 5-26 (Req. 11)
Dmg. +15% (While enchanted)
Lengthens Poison duration on foes by 33%
Enchantments last 20% longer

It's the perfect enchanters axe. Apart from not being max damage, it's perfect. Of course, if you don't like the Poison, you can change the haft to something of your preference.
As well as being great with attributes, it's also a rare and good looking skin, hopefully adding to value.

3k to someone who will be salvaging it for the 20% enchants. Non-max high req weapons dont sell for anything unless its a very very rare skin.

yea its not max 5k at most
