I stupidly moved my ranger over to factions from GW1. I really want to transfer her back. i have done a few quests but cant find out how. does anyone know? also....is there anywhere in factions that sells the nice female druids armor?

i went to the boat and he said the captain was away somewhere. i cant see him anywhere
