PC on good Shadow Blade and really weird staff

and this is by far the weirdest combination of mods i've ever seen on a staff...



is that Channeling magic +1 mod worth anything you'd say?

Salvage the staff and pray for one of the mods instead of a nice stack of wood planks.

ok thanks guys....but i know that death magic +1 mods are realllllly expensive, any chance that the channeling mod is rare and would be worth alot too? i dont have factions so i don't really know much about ritualists and what channeling magic does
