My ele has a Black Moa named Black Moa. I need to give it a name though.

My Tyria ranger finished the game, I looked at the new pets, but ...

Well, I think I'll keep my Melandru's Stalker.

My canthan ranger had a tiger named "spacecat boo". People who played Baldur's Gate will get the reference (one of the NPC's had a space hamster named Boo (go for the eyes!!!!), and my own RL cat is named Boo also - though for other reasons). When my warrior chooses a ranger secondary he has a dune lizard, though he hasn't botherd to name it yet. I'm also partial to the warthogs. I really wish I could have several pets I choose from, I like a few of them - I would really like a crab also but not enough to get rid of Boo. Eh, I understand why one and only one, but I still want several. My family is low on pets if we have fewer than 5, though most have thier favorite (it's not up to the humans though, the cats/dogs choose thier favorites).

I thought about a Melandru's Stalker as it is black (goes with "Boo" and is the color of my RL cat), but decided I like the tiger better.

My ranger has a Black Moa named "Little Jerry" (in reference to a Seinfeld episode).

I got an orange tiger and his name is Bad Tony. lol

I have two rangers one has a Shiverpeaks Bear named Slim.

The other has an orange Tiger named Kovu (Lion King 2 anti-hero)

My ranger has a black moa named Punk Rawk, and my warrior a bear named Pooky (Garfields stuffed bear in the comic strip)

So you can recieve the panda... Can you leave explicite instructions upon how to attain that pet? If I can grab one of those, my whole guild would be envious, on top of the pleasure of owning a panda, one of my top 5 favorite animals. Now if only they could make something snake-like...

im "almost" positive you cannot get the panda for a pet if im not mistaken he is an npc.

You can't Charm the panda. Rumor has it that it's something to do with Chinese/Guild War relations.

My Ranger just got herself a new pet. The Underworld Elder Spider named Kratos deserved a new home. He is now happy with the tamer outside Shing-Jae. My Ranger now has the Elder White Tiger, which she called Santej. But thinking of a better name though. The Elder White Tiger was really popular, she could snatch it away before the eyes of Salke Fur Friend, vicious beastmaster boss carrying Heal As One.

My ranger has been fickle. Started with a stalker named Bad Kitty, then I had a black bear named Bear With Me. When I got to the desert, I *had* to have a dune lizard, and Godzuki was with me the longest. But ever since the FPE I wanted to get my own Black Moa, and now Emoa is my companion.

I don't think I'll get the phoenix, they're goofy looking. As for spiders, I never got one with my ranger primary, but my necro's ranger aspect has an EBW named Wednesday and my ele's ranger aspect has an EBW named Charlotte.

Ah, once again it saddens me to see the Panda not charmable... Now i see why the party screen wasn't shown, since it was an NPC. Nice trick, you got me.

Well, as on the pheonix, it is just silly enough to be good for my mesmer. Comical Marauder would love the addition of a side-kick in his adventure of comedial exploits. Now if only i could think of a name...

Also, I got a Reef Lurker (Blue) for my Rt beastmaster's build, which didn't turn out quite the way I had wanted. However Pulse Ultra is a great addition for my channeling build, could always use another target for Ancestor's Rage.

By the way, nice name for your Necro's Spider. Haven't heard an Adam's Family reference in a while. (I think it was Adam's Family, if it wasn't go ahead and correct me)

My ranger's stickin with his hearty bear, named Duke, because i don't actually use the pet for dmg and he interrupts on his own every so often, even though he has a slower attack speed... and becaues bears are the best, just because, IMO

While I am also disappointed that the panda is not charmable, Anet surely has good reason to remove it. I read it was something about relations with China.
