Pretty much all of those are salvage/merchant fodder IMHO.

Have you checked the high end sale section recently? There's hundreds, dare I say thousands of Elite mission items there and hardly anybody is buying them anymore. The smart people sold the elite goods early and now that TC is letting everybody in those items are a dime a dozen. If you get a purple drop from there it's guaranteed merchant food. The only gold drops that are even going to be worthwhile are the perfect/near perfect low requirement weapons, shields, etc., but ONLY golds.
