PC on a non perfect +15% always, -5 energy sword

I've seen swords with this inherent mod go for lots, but they are always sporting the +30HP, 10/10 furious, etc. This is a sword I just recently found...



Wicked Blade of Defense (req 12 Swordsmanship)
Damage +15%
Energy -5
Armor +5
