Came across it in Mineral Springs while capping-

Req 9 Divine Favor
+5 Energy
+1 Smiting (20%)
+30 HP
Halves Poison duration (20%)

Seems pretty nice, but no idea what the market might be. Can anyone help?

+5 energy, +1 20% smiting AND 30hp? huh?

i'd say salvage....
