Guys i've got a big problem, someone, stole the account of a my friend, how can he play now? can he send a photo with his cd-key to arenanet for resolve the problem? can some1 help him? (i'm sorry for the english but i'm italian...) pls, i hope that some1 help him..

yes, send in a support ticket to a-net. they will probably ask you for a copy of the original key, so be prepared
