Dude -2/-2 which is factions does not have.
It's been replaced by -5(20%)

Dang you might be right, but just because one hasn't dropped YET doesn't mean they don't exist. I mean they still drop in Tyria if i'm not mistaken so why couldn't they drop in Cantha? Well if anyone has something similar to these stats and its a gold zodiac shield that req 9 or less tactics i would love to take a look. But I haven't give up just yet.

Still looking for this shield though it seems like it might not be possible. Also looking for a -2 while enchanted +30 always or -2 while in stance +30 always req 9 or less, zodiac shield. Thks

Like The Dirrtiest said, it doesn't exist...

I think basicly they were cutting down on pro runners and farmers in factions.. which was the biggest use for those.. so no -2/-2 or such and of course now you have to do missions to get anywhere... just my guess
