Currently i'm an A/N.
My builds has pretty basic skills, but it feels like it does pretty decent damage. doesn't lay down too many conditions and all, but hopefully you guys can help me perfect it.
so here goes:
Attributes:
Dagger Mastery: 13 (11+2)
Deadly Arts: 9
Shadow Arts: 8
Critical Strike: 9 (8+1)
Skills:
Jagged Strike - If jagged strike hits, your target suffers from bleeding for 8 seconds
Fox Fangs - Cannot be blocked or evaded. hits for 19 damage.
Death Blossomd - Strikes foe for 37 damage, and all adjacent foes take +37 damage
Impale - hex. for 20 seconds the next time target foe is hit by a dual attack that foe is struck for 46 earth damage.
Shadow Refuge - +8 health regen, gain 52 health if attacking.

heart of shadow - random teleportation, and gains 55 health upon taking damage.
so what do you guys think? what could be added/removed? i know that the last three skills can be swapped out for other stuff such as hex removal or another teleportation. what would you guys recommend?

it's lacking a bit mobility. if you're not going to teleport, you might want to use a run buff.

oh i thought i had the teleport covered by heart of shadow, i guess i can use viper's defence and/or recall/return as well?

well, that teleport is random. you'll want to use a teleport skill (or just a run buff) that you can control.

a teleport that you can control to your target, like shadow prison, deaths charge, etc...
its not a bad build as is, but knowing if it was for RA, TA, or general PvE groups, i'd be more help
