I wasn't sure, since the recharge and health mods are near perfect and the defense mod is perfect. Mods show around 10k - 15k, I guess i'll try for a few more thoughts and then go from there.... The good thing is 500G isn't anything really, so a bad salvage isn't a biggie.

EDIT - +29HP mod salvaged out.

the mods are worth more than the staff for sure.... it's not max, single mods staves used to be like 15k and that's if it's a full 20% or 10%... and that was before factions and all the "perfect" stuff... and a "perfect" staff has to have both skill recharge and casting... not just a single mod like that....
