Xuekao + Auspicious Parry = Instant Win?

It seems that if you had only this in your skill bar that you could beat him easily. Am I wrong?

Wouldnt it be equally as easy to do it with other moves then? Such as Gladiators defence, which would hurt him.

No, you're not wrong. It would be extremely easy. However, there are a lot of ways to kill this boss. He is relatively weak and (if you play it right) unaccompanied. Almost anything can kill him. Similarly Chkkr Locust Lord is slightly harder to draw away, but is just as simple to kill.

Try Auspicious+Riposte, auspicious gives 4 addren and takes 1 to charge, 1 sword swing gives 1 addren, use auspicious when charged, he hits you you evade and gain 4 addren, use riposte which takes 4 addren to charge, spam these 2 skills over and over again untill he dies, i have killed him alot of times taking 0-10 damage only lol, this build works on other assasin bosses too.

Auspicious+Dead Rip+Rip=Owned.
