Need to find certain collector's Air wand

Has anyone seen an Air wand collector that has the wand that gives +5 energy when enchanted or health above 50%?
I looked at GWWiki but all i could find was one that has energy +5 while health is below 50%.

Only one I know of is the end game air wand.

head south-east from kaineng center when you get to the lil town square area there is a crafter that takes some mats and 5k for +5 >50 wands.
