By doing the "Search for a Cure" quest from Imperial Agent Honso in Kaineng Center, you'll be lead to Bujo who will give you the next quest, "Seek out Brother Tosai." As long as you have this one active and don't speak with Tosai, the Am Fah in Wajjun Bazaar won't attack you.

Or if you speak to him, don't drink from the challice, and destroy it then it stays that way.

doing neither (closing the textbox with the little x) will result in them beeing neutral and you have the chalice in the inventory but it wont update the quest, you have to do one of the 2 things

personally i think the Am Fah are idiots and i like them beign neutral. makes running hrough easier.. Of course it's a shame the ally part is only true in Wuujan Bazaar I think....
