And you can't change horses in mid-stream and expect your current group to stay with you. If you like PvP (and I'll go farther by saying HoH or GvG), then you will need to collect players around you who also enjoy that aspect of the game. My 1st (real) PvP guild was torn apart because the leader and I (main officer) started disagreeing over the focus of the guild. When we had begun, the focus was intended to be GvG. However, he eventually moved towards preferring HoH and recruiting HoH players and I kicked really hard about that because we weren't active in the area of PvP that I found most enjoyable. That lead to my eventual demotion and then my leaving the guild, which (not surprisingly) fell apart after I left. (I was the only one who ever really organized guild groups for anything.)
So a word to the wise: make sure the players you recruit are interested in the facets of PvP that you want to be involved in. Otherwise, you'll end up with one big mess.
