WTS: Zealous Crystalline Sword of Warding, Max Dmg

As the title says, I am willing to trade my Crystallin sword:

Slashing Dmg 15-22 (req. 10 swordsmanship)
Damage +13% (while health is below 50%)
Armour +7 (vs. elemental attacks)
Energy gain on hit: 1
Energy regeneration: -1
Value 206

Selling this sword, which to my knowlege is the rarest item in game. Its max dmg and has a dmg mod when your health is below 50%. If you have a sword with dmg over 50% then this sowrd would go well together, because usually you do get below 50% health. The defence pommel of 7 armour vs elemental dmg is also a good addition, its max and its vs elemental dmg whereas the armour that warriors use is vs physical dmg.

Starting price is 110k, I am aware this is a high price, but I have seen these crystaline swords go for way more, search the forum for "crystalline sword" and you will see some of the prices peopel pay. I got offered well in game, BUT I would rather prefer to sell it here and using the services provided by "MCS" to perform the trade because the trade will be over 100k. I will also post this on rpgtraders.net and will see what I can get ingame, but will keep auction open for a few days.
I can show/deliver the sword to international districts.

***Also I can change the mods of this sword to make it a bigger damage dealer for free: I can put a sundering hilt in it 10/8 and or swordsmanship +1 (15% chance) OR a perfect Armour +5 Pommel Making this sword into:

I can change these mods to attract more attention in case people will like the sword more with these mods.
