Luxon and Kurzick faction reset

Well at the moment it does not seem to be needed in the way of battle line, that thing is about as stiff as a board but for alliances trying to buy towns it may happen but I doubt it. The way anet has seemed to deal with people gaining to much faction is every day you loose like 10% of the faction you guild has given.

I think that every day your faction doesn't earn any faction point, there is a degeneration, but if you inject faction all the time (at least every 4-5h), there is no degen.

there is a degen of 10% of your guilds total faction per day weather or not u put more in your pool every few hours.
