Is there anyway you can get into Vizunah Square as an explorable area? I think I need to run around where the foreign quater players start for my explorers title, but I don't want to screw some group over doing it. I can't figuare out, however, how to get in it as an EA. Thanks for your help.

I dont know if you can get this mission as an explorable area seriously. Sorry to tell you that but if you want to explore this area, do the mission, when you must beat the shiroken and its army, Menlho and Togo follow the team, you can explore every corner you want without problems.
