End Game 15K armor

First question:

Are the endgame options different for Canthan based characters? I got their with my Tyrian born Mesmer and one of the armorers told me to talk to someone else -- so... was just curious if a Canthan based ranger would have that armor maker as an option.

Also, what are the materials required to make this armor - since there is no storage there.

The 'Core' Classes (classes from prophecies) only have one end game armor. Assassins and Ritualists have three end game armors.
