PC on a nice gold plagueborn staff

if for some reason u can't see the pic,here are the stats:
Energy +10
max dmg,req.10 Restoration
Halves skill recharge of Spells (10%)
Energy +5
Armor +7 vs elemental attacks

id salvage it/or you could try getting close to 10k or so which would be difficult
