Zodiac Scepter req8 ...restoration:P I don't know how is Rt/Mo or Mo/Rt (restoration) doing? If good this could be nice scepter.

req doesn't matter much for casters... especially when it comes to healer monks... I'd say 50-75k+ ... the req will still lower the value but shouldn't be by much
