The few skills you can unlock without buying.

I was wondering what the list of skills that the assassin primary gets from quests are. Also if anyone knew the amount of secondary ritualist skills you can get would be. I am trying to make sure I don't buy skills that I can already get.

just check out the quests with the Assassin and Ritualist icons next to them

also, once you make your assassin you dont need to get very far in PvE to unlock about 24 skills. Just do the headmaster quests or w/e they are called to immediately unlock key skills
