Is there a guide that says how to farm alone in FoW and UW (tombs of primeval kings) ?

FoW: the monks heal the shadows

UW (primeval kings): they interupt and shatter the enchanments.

Look at the top of this sub-forum, read the upmost sticky, there are some links about the 55hp monk and UW solo, and there are a lot of UW and FoW solo farming builds there.

I use Ne/Mo to 55 FoW and some of UW..Use Vig Spirit in FoW as a cover enchant for mesmers(just keep Vig as last enchant so it can be shattered).
Anyways heres your basic solo build for a Necro Monk for Fissure..I am guessing you know about your armor setup with Superior Runes.

Make sure to cover PS with another enchantment, or prepare to get owned by the mesmers. I run almost the exact same build as posted, works pretty well with a little practice.
