Help a noob out. PC on warrior items

Hi, I am a noob both here and in the game (only 80 hours in). I have recently come across the following items that I want to sell. However, I don't wanna get rip off. Could somebody please provide me some guidance on how much these items are worth? Thank you in advance.

1. (gold) Poisonous Katana of Swordmanship
Slashing Damage 15-22 (req 11 Swordmanship)
Damange +15% (while enchanted)
Lengthen Poision Durion of foes by 33%
Swordmanship + 1 (20% chance while using skills)

2. (gold) Gavel of the Nephilm of Shelter
Blunt Damage 10-35 (req 10 Hammer mastery)
Damage + 15% (while in a stance)
Armor +7% (vs physical attack)

3. (gold) Wayward Wand
Fire Damage 11-22 (req 10 Communing)
Energy +5 (while health is above 50%)

10-20 k for each

1. katana is very nice drop sry dont really know price.. but over 10k atleast..
