If its Boreas Seabed, you can get it quite fast after killing Aurora during the Convocation.
Iron mine is tricky, I get infused (so the henchies too) and take the path to the north of the cave where the Seer is to get fast to the fort without any boss except Markis. Beat all mobs on each side of the entrance of the fort and kill markis after that. Dont worry about the awakening of the Jade Armors, you can deal them and fight against markis again. Another note, let at least 1 Bloodstone unbroken (dont approach in other words). The henchies has a poor aggro range they can pass between the 2 middle bloodstone

before killing markis, kill all the jades, but leave 2 or 3 floating around. if you call your targets henchman will attak the one that you are attaking. so ALWAYS call targets, when theres 1 jade left (no real danger) all together ambush markis. he dies, you cap, then kill jade
if you attak jades they are most likely to attak you, and not markis, so you "save" him for you. you will need some hex removal skills+hp regen
