So far around the auction sites and forums, it seems to me that the only +5 energy weapons found where in cantha.
Has anyone found a +5 energy weapon(hammer/bow/sword/axe) in tyria, after May 1st?

Yes people have. I know of several people who've gotten them from chests in the Southern Shiverpeak region.

Yup they do drop in Tyria also, I have had a FDS, Twin Hammer and Shadow Bow all drop from there with +5 energy on and I have only played in a few Tyrian places since factions came out.

I do know of the people who got there items before a certain "update" and have yet to hear them spawning...
My friend and I have opened over 300 gold chests and have yet to have one spawn for us, in the shiverpeak/Fire Island Chain areas...
The reason I bring this up is, I'd like a certain skin, from fissure of woe and even with all the chest runners going about have yet to come up with one(an energy always item)...
If you personly have found one on Tyria/UW/FoW, after May 1st please speak up

I'm with you DEViANCE, I have opened around 200 chests in Fire Islands this month, and have seen no +5 Energy Weapons yet. My luck comes and goes, but between us thats 500 gold chests with no +5s.

it seems that after factions there was a change befor you could do chest runs in toa and come up with rare boxes NO MORE in the last couple of weeks the finds stink all have high req whats up with that

Well canthan bonuses can drop in tyria. For example, Shadow Staffs, Ghostly Staffs and Raven Staffs can req. Communing, because they are a skin and not a weapons type (i.e Water Staff, Inscibed Staff etc).

I believe after a certain update they no longer drop in Tyria. Don't hold me to that of course, but i've not found a +5 weapon in tyria.

Only place I've seen +5e weapons is at the crafter after you beat Shiro. Havent seen people selling them in towns either....

I belive it was around when balthazars spirit was giving like 23 energy per hit, or somthing along those lines, 2 people found +5 energy always weapons from chests(both where axes, tyrian skins), I think around that time, Cantha wasnt even released or maybe being previewed, I dunno I was besy using balthazars aura to farm(when they un-nerfed it for a day) and dont remeber if it was or wasnt being previewed.
anyhow, since then I'v been waiting for tyrian skins to start dropping these but I havent seen this yet, dunno if that seems odd to you or not, But I think I'd rather ask around before I start asking, "why are they not dropping?"

bump this up, still not too many have said much of thier findings of these 5 energy always weapons.

opened a ton of chests and spend ages browsing ventaris sale and none have appeared. although there was a +5 energy brute sword on high end dunow if it was fake as i cant find it >.< i wanted 7 +5 energy fells for my casters looks like it wont happen

Totem Axe is +5 energy (although its a green - so maybe not "random +5" if thats what you are after)

It's a green drop so you can't mod it...I also know in Cantha at the end game crafter, you can get a long or short bow with +5 and no other mods....so you can add whatever grip and string you like.

Well I BOUGHT but didn't find a Totem Axe. Enhancments last 20% longer and +5 energy. It's a green.
