Enchantment/Hex Ideas

I dont know if this has been posted before, search is down again.

Anyways. my idea is to add reduces hex duration on you by 20% on shield/staffs, and enchantments last 20% longer on you for shields.

So like instead of 20/20 on a staff is can come up reduces hex, and on shields instead of -2 while whatever add reduces hex/enchantments last longer.
