Fix the sloppy programming

Autoresize on party formation and party members. Nice.

Once touched can't reset to autoresize. Annoying.

Random resizes without the player touching either window is just plain sloppy programming and needs to be fixed.

It stores your gui in town vs explore zones so it has "two" saved layouts.
Also when you can resize the box (not full screen), everything goes get squessed since due to the resize.

Have you tried defaulting the GUI?
