PC on a Zodiac Scepter and a Dragoncrest Axe

Hello, looking for a PC on a:

Zodiac Scepter (req. 8 Divine Favor)
Halves Skill Recharge on All Spells (10%)
+5 Energy (While Enchanted)

and

Dragoncrest Axe (req. 8)
+14% damage (while enchanted)
+7 Armor (vs Elemental Attacks)
