We recently upgraded with Skill Trainer.
The selection of Skills offered is very sparse.
Heck we can do better with Skill Trainers at other locations.
Seems like this 100K upgrade should provide our characters better skill selections.

Has anyone else experienced/or observed this same thing?

Jeah, The guild hall skill trainers seem to sell only the core skills.
so they have no rit or assasin skils and not even all Prophesies skills either.

at least they tell you in the guild lord's description that its only 'core skills'
but yeah, at 100k its not worth it... nor are anything else there besides the storage agent, priest of Balth, and merchant imo, but we still got em all... when you have 80 people its not that hard to do...

I think that is why they are priced so high. Most guilds should be able to easily afford a couple no problem.

In my opinion, the skill trainer should only offer skills that are already unlocked on your account, much like the rest of the trainers in the game.

other upgrades I'd like to see:
Merchant should sell Ale of some sort. My guild bought the merchant for that reason, only to find that he didnt sell them.

Weaponsmith should actually sell weapons, not just customize existing ones.

The different NPCs that can be bought are meant to be luxuries, not actually...useful. It'd be hard to see what kind of weapons the weaponsmith should sell. Most people wouldn't craft the 15>50, 15 ench, etc. weapons since they have bad skin and you can usually find one with a bad skin for cheaper. Selling +5 energy weapons would just make beating factions more than once useless.
