Burning Speed (10e, 3/4s, --r)
Description - Enchantment Spell. For 5 seconds, you are set on fire and move 30%-42% faster. When Burning Speed ends, all adjacent foes are set on fire for 3-8 seconds.
Ok, so i have a question. If i use Plague Touch, Plague Signet or Plague sending, will this still work? Can i be set for 1 sec while i cast Plague Signet, send the 4 secs to a foe, dash over there with 42% faster and set them on fire for 8 more secs? If so this might actually be a good skill.
(Sorry, i can really figure this out myself, cant play atm.)
(Help the ele cause, check out Fix the ele problem! thread in sardelec, pick your side, but i suggest you actually look at how much fire sucks.)

I think it should work, as you can remove the burning condition yourself. (atleast the henchies do it for you
)
and yes, fire is a bit underpowerd, BUT a flameburst + echo'd double dragon combo DOES hurt opponents :P (just tested it in a gvg battle).
Ad mark of rodgort in the mix for even more burning fun
Then get someone to BR you, because you just used up a LOT of energy

Interesting idea!
It might be worth trying in a PBAoE build, where Plague Touch doubles as generic condition removal.
Although for solo farming pure Earth is probably better, and in other scenarios PBAoE gives me the fear-of-squishing willies (and if you do armor up, skillbar crowding becomes a problem, making this two-skills strategem a little iffy).
Hmm. Might be interesting to try out queen farming ...
