Faction FAQ update?

I still don't understand A LOT about how Factions works.

The FAQ should tell exactly what owning an outpost does, how many 12v12 battle maps there are and the conditions needed for a battle map change, how 8v8 effects the overall war, and what the benefits are of having your side (Kurzick or Luxon) having more territory than the other.

In summary: update your FAQ, explain your game.
