WTB - Perfect or near STR req celestial shield

I've seen a few shields sold here on the forums, but the sellers decided to get rid of their items in-game instead of finishing things here. I can't seem to find any sellers in game, so there you go. And here I am. =)

I'm looking to buy a celestial shield, STR req 9 or less, +45hps, -2damage while enchanted. Can anybody help me out? Lets talk!

The req is good and the hp's are good, but the lack of -2 while enchanted kills it for me. Thanks anyway. =(
