Guru Server

All right, I have rebooted the server but this is a temporary fix. I am currently waiting for our server admin to give me some insight as to what's happening here. I can't guarantee this connection today but I wanted to let you all know that we are working on and I am pestering everybody I possibly can to get this fixed.

Without the forum I actually went back to playing Guild Wars.

To be honest, I pushed the Refresh button about every 5 minutes today, and now it's finally back .

GwG has no henches. Albeit, there are a few mindless ones who follow others' lead. Hmm...

That's why Guild Wars should have official forums, too bad Anet is too greedy for that and prefers the players to do their job.

They do have official forums. They're only open to the alpha testers though

I am still having problems---get the database error 5 times out of 6.....hope things get better soon (cant play gw since factions requires a faster graphics card than my computer......so I am left wandering the forums)....and when I actually get to a page it takes about 30 seconds to load.....think its time to either watch tv or read a book.....

Hope guru gets better soon! (my computer isnt going to, so I need somewhere to go for my gw fix).....

I actually went over to gwonline for a bit, all i can say is im glad GwG is back online.

Guru is too popular... that's the problem :P

I couldn't go and play GW, I had to uninstall it temporarily because I just needed to get some of my school work done. I have a 40 minute research presentation due in two days.... oh yeah... and i havnet started

without guru i was lost. i actually started playing again to not be bored. in a way guru being down helped me

lol, I did for a few...then found a new game to play...I enjoying talking/thinking about gw...I dont always enjoy playing it

I think it's usually unreachable at about a half an hour or an hour from now. Thought I would post something quick, since it seems to be slowly becoming that way more and more. I'm in central time, not sure if area has anything to do with it. Last time it happened, I wasn't able to get through till 11am from the time it went down. Technical errors that say an e-mail has been dispatched, to a blank white screen saying it's done at the bottom, to just time outs and not responding. I think a lot of other people are able to get through though, because there's always a ton of new posts and threads when I am able to get back on.
