6-28 (req 13 axe)
dmg+15%(while health above 50%)
Sundering 20/20
+30 hp

(Same stats as the new victos,but with higher req,but more nicer skin)

80k+ Asides from the high req it's as perfect as can be. Like Lourens said go to high end and set a s\b of 75k and b\o at 125k.
