I keep getting the Database error, when I go through the site... really pissing me off!
Is it because theres tooooooo many users?? or is it forums prob >_> don't seem to get it at gwonline forums.. and it has bout same amount of users O.O I wish they had a trade forum >_>

Well something's definitely up, and we're trying to figure out what's going on. Believe me, if anything ever goes wrong, I always yap at Inde about it. The tricky part is diagnosing the problem and finding out how to prevent it.

I turned off all coockie control, set it to accept all, and then it works fine, seams to be a problem with 3rd party cookies.

What happened last night? Between 2:00am - dunno, at least 5:30am EST 5/27 the forums were down. Yes I was up that early...

They've been down for hours at a time over the last 3 days. We are tracking the problem down and installing some patches over the course of the next day or two. We are aware of the problems and are working to correct them.
And GWO has their fair share of problems as well. I've gotten database errors and blank pages there as well. Same with GuildWiki, or OGaming. We all work on the servers continually. Also, GWO is not as large as this forum. We have 3 times as many threads, twice as many posts, significantly more users and deal with much more forum traffic and posts daily.

Pandora's box
Its getting worse again. Starting with longer access waiting times, the database errors now start to appear very frequently again. Seems the server needs another restart.
