PC on UBER PERFECT WATER STAFF

I reckon it seems pretty damm good, a person told me it was worth around its 40k.

sounds a fair price, but i'm not too great at PCing.
Personally I'd have a 20% enchantments Wrap than the 29HP mod.

merchant or salvage for the +5 head
