Ok, I am looking to buy very specific staff designs and setups. Basically, I am looking for either Zodiac or Celestial Staff designs ONLY. No collectors or any other skins. They have to be max (11-22, and +10 energy inherent), and have to have the inherent base mods of Halves Casting time of spells (20% Chance) AND Halves skill recharge of spells (20% Chance). They also need to be the same attributes in fire, air, water, and earth.
In other words, it would need to be a zodiac/celestial staff with a fire req, Halves skill recharge of fire spells (20%) and Halves casting time of fire spells (20%). As said above, I need fire, air, water, and earth staff setups like this.
What I am willing to pay depends on the requirement and attribute. Obviously water is going to be less than fire, and req 8 will be more than req 13. I am NOT looking exclusively for low reqs, req 13 is acceptable.
