Skill rebalance in a few days?

I was in a group for The Deep today, and one of my teammates said that in about 4 days there would be a skill rebalance...is this true?

Anyone with that knowledge is either anet staff or alpha testers. Neither should be revealing anything like that if it were true.

They said there was gonna be skill balancing after the iB vs. EW final, but it might mean 2 weeks from now.

Hopefully necro skills spike skills would be considered damage so that rev fortune spirit bond, protective spirit will actually work.

But......they are? Shadow damage is "damage" that can be reversed by RoF, lowered by prot spirit, etc. Only health steal goes around protection...

Shadow Strike is 50+50, and because 50 is usually less than 10% of someone's health, it goes through. FoC can't spike properly trough Prot Spirit, it gets reduced by ~30 if the target has about 500+ health. The problem isn't the spike, it's Soul Reaping+Rt Spirits. 16 pips of energy seems quite overpowered, because the Necros can spike with QZ up and heal at the same time without energy problems.
