First off, this requires ppl that are skilled at these proffessions. Secondly, this build will allow you to take on the shadow army ( including the first quest), and the skelleton army (including the Lich Dragons). I have not tried the beach area nor have i tried the forrest with this build ( so with those area enter at your own risk) lol...Thirdly, team speak helps tremendously with this run. These are the 4 builds required for this team build ( these builds are not set in stone so plz experiment).

#1: 55 monk- aka your tank (also bring a secondary set of armor with out sup runes)

Devine Favor: 16
Protection Prayers: 9
Healing Prayers: the remaining points

(The only time that you will not be a 55 monk is when u face the Lich Dragons, at that point you will switch armor and assist in healing.)
The only time that you will have to becareful when 55 monking is when u face mesmers, and then all you need to do is keep SB up as much as possible and if u run out of SB just cover up your Prot Spirit with Breeze, this will keep you from getting raped by the mesmers. (BTW you will need and Icy sword of Enchanting 20%, this plus Blessed Aura maxede out wil allow you to have SB and Prot Sprit up for 30 seconds or more.

#2 Necro/ Mes (This is dmg and denial for the monks)

Blood Ritual...(optional, monk should b able to control their own energy)

The main purpose for this character is Damage and Shutdown against monks and mesmers that you will face. The shivers skills should work nicely with the water elemental skills for interupts and with the "Icy sword of Enchanting" the 55 monk is carrying the monks shouldnt be able to get many heal areas off at all. (Side note, the shadow monks should be the first priority and the mesmers second, your 55 monk should be able to surviev the mesmers with SB up at all times) Also i think that a good blood spke buld could do just as nicely as this build does.

#3 Ele/ Mes

This build is based on damage as well as shutting down monks and mesmers. The cold damage will do nicely with shivers on the monks or mesmers, also using skills that slow the enemys movement will allow for a quick escape incase the aggro does not want to stay on the monk. When it comes time to face the dreaded Lich Dragons, Armor of Frost is gonna assist in this issue because the Ele will be "tanking" sort of... and unless i have made a mistake, none of these skills cause exauhstion which means you can progress throught the run faster.

#4 Mo/? (Healing for the dmg doers)

With this u basically are here to make sure the ele and necro dont die, and provide backup SB for the 55 monk just incase.


Ok...so now for the dirty part. The main idea for this build is that the 55 monk tanks, and the Ele and Necro control dmg while the 4th monk heall (just inclase all hell breaks loose lol ). For the most part it should be fairly easy, of course things are gonna go wrong, and if you are expecting to just go in and be 100% successful on this run you are mistaken. It WILL take some practice and adjusting for your playstyle. And if you find a better build for the character that u are playing on this build plzz post it here so the rest of us can benefit from it as well.

The only monsters that will give u a problem should b the shadow rangers and the Lich Dragons. The shadow rangers shouldnt be that hard but the dragons will be a bit tricky. Here is how you will take those guys on: First off, the 55 monk is useless against them because of Chiblains , . The elementalist will want to use Armor of Mist and "tank" the dragon, in all actuallity wat u will want to do is move around as much as possible to keep him confused as to which target he wants while doing damage to him at the same time. Also during this point the 55 monk will have the secondary set of armor on and have Mending and Watchful Spirit on all 4 characters while spamming Prot Spirit on the ele as much as possible. (keep your energy up by using Blessed Signet)

Sorry i have no maps at this point in time I will post them when i get a chance, but it is the standard fow progression.. Clear the left hand side out and then come back around to the right where the eles and mesmers are and them follow up the right hand side and around to the rangers clearing as you go. FYI try not to aggro too many groups at one time.

I've never understood the point of 4man teams. So what, if somet drops its got 2x the chance of it been yours. If a member of your party drops or dies, theres 200x the chance that you'll find yourself back in ToA shortly. 1 tiny error and you lose, the rewards are hardly brilliant. In 2 hours of FoW farming earlier, i got 3 shards. 2 of them in the last 5 minutes (killing a group to get the Forge quest after our last monk had left sine we'd just cleared it and another from going to solo Snarling Driftwood before i left). After toiling for 2 hours i got my best rewards after pissing around.

Btw, your Ele/Mes build seems a little...haggard. Power Block with only 3 Domination? Waste of an elite if you ask me. Have you actually tried it in FoW? Without Balanced Stance in emergancy cases vs Abyssal, your gonna have some real problems. Also why no Sympathetic Visage? If your using a 55 tank to control agro that skill should be an obvious choice surely? It would basically be a 55monk SS/SV combo with more safety. Malaise could be helpful if your using SV, means that once they do start to regen energy again its slow as hell.

To be more exact, at lvl16 Divine SB would be for about 35/36 seconds with 55% longer enchantments, not like it matters, but there you go

This is better than the 3 man fow because...?

The builds are a little cluttered, they need some work... shadow rangers shouldn't pose a problem as well, especially with SS.

Looking at it gives me the feeling that it wouldn't take out 2 shadow monks in 1 group easily, and 3manfow still wins =D
